Question by K: Does the caffeine in powdered coffee drinks, for lack of a better word, degenerate?
I have some cappuchino mix that I received as a gift 4 or 5 years ago. I really don’t like the flavor, but I’m desperate for caffeine and have no money. I mixed it up with some hot chocolate mix so I could drink it, but do you think the caffeine is still there?

Caffeine or its effect do not deteriorate with age. So it has the same caffiene content now as it did when it was originally manufactured.
